Refund policy
At Jolly Good Scents we want you to be happy with your order! If you have ordered wax melts or products other than candles, and have a problem please contact us within a week. Due to the nature of candle products all candle sales are final. If you have a problem please contact us and we will work with you :)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 4 days so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept candles that have been lit and used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Please do not send us your returns until after you have talked to us and we let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
